Getting started

What is equity crowdfunding?

It is a way for a business to raise capital from multiple investors in exchange for an ownership interest. Unlike a donation or product purchase, an equity investment involves financial risk and rights defined in legal documents. Explore the guide.

Can I invest on this website today?

No. This version of BeeezCrowd is an information and interest-registration website. There are no live offers, payment facilities or issued shares. Any future launch depends on the relevant legal, regulatory and operational requirements.

What makes Digital Partnership different?

The proposed BeeezCrowd model connects fundraising with the relationship that follows: clear ownership documentation, potential SPV administration, business reporting and a community of supporters. Its final structure and available features will depend on the applicable legal framework and offering documents.

Can my business register its interest?

Yes. Startups, small and medium-sized enterprises and growth businesses can share their plans. Registration is exploratory: it does not approve a business for a campaign or guarantee that funding will become available.

Is BeeezCrowd Jordan's first licensed equity crowdfunding platform?

This website does not make a verified first-in-market or licensing claim. Its ambition is to help pioneer equity crowdfunding and Digital Partnership in Jordan. Any future authorisation or operating status must be confirmed and clearly published before relevant services begin.

Is this a donation, loan or cryptocurrency platform?

The proposed business model is equity-based crowdfunding. This website itself only provides information and records interest. It does not process donations or loans and does not issue tokens, cryptocurrencies or securities.

For investors

Does registration cost anything?

The interest-registration form does not request a payment. It does not purchase shares or establish a chargeable investor account.

Will you ask for my passport, bank details or card number?

Not in this interest-registration stage. Do not enter identity-document numbers, bank account details, payment credentials or sensitive personal information in free-text fields. Required checks for a future investment service would be a separate process.

Are returns, dividends or refunds guaranteed?

No. An equity investment can lose its entire value. Dividends and exits may never happen. No bonus-share, cash-back, matched-refund or capital-protection mechanism is promised.

Can Jordanians abroad or international investors register?

They can express interest. Registration does not confirm that a future offering will be available from their location. Eligibility and cross-border rules would require separate assessment.

How will I know whether a future opportunity is right for me?

Read the full offering documents, understand the business and rights, consider fees and risks and seek independent advice where appropriate. Platform review or interest registration is not an investment recommendation.

For businesses

Can an early-stage company register?

Yes. Early-stage and established businesses can express interest, clearly indicating their current stage. A future listing would depend on eligibility, readiness, documentation and review.

How much can I raise, and how long will it take?

This website does not establish approved fundraising limits, campaign durations or guaranteed review timelines. You can share your indicative target and intended timeframe for an initial conversation.

Should I upload my pitch deck?

No upload is required. You may provide an optional public website link and a short summary. Confidential documents should only be shared later through an agreed, appropriate channel.

Does an SPV guarantee a clean cap table or keep founders in control?

A properly structured SPV may simplify some administration, but its suitability and implications depend on the law and documents. It does not automatically eliminate disclosure duties, investor rights, dilution or governance obligations.

Privacy & support

What happens to my form information?

When registration is enabled, information is stored for the stated enquiry or interest purpose and used by the configured operator. The privacy notice identifies the operator and contact before submission. Optional updates require a separate choice. See the privacy notice for retention and requests.

Are my preferences stored in my browser?

The site does not save form details in browser storage. Readiness-checklist selections and form steps are held only in the current page session. Server-side security cookies may be used when you open a form or the restricted admin area.

How do I change or remove my registration?

Use Contact & complaints and select Privacy or data request, or contact the privacy email displayed in the privacy notice once the operator has configured collection. Provide your registration reference when available; do not send identity documents.

How can I raise a concern or complaint?

Use the contact form and select Complaint. Explain the issue without submitting account passwords, payment credentials or identity-document details. The form records an enquiry; it is not an emergency or incident-response service.
