A new chapter for equity crowdfunding in Jordan. Early access — interest only
HOW IT WORKS

Know the steps.
Know what happens next.

One shared vision, two clear journeys. Start by registering interest; future investment and fundraising activities require a separate, properly authorised process.

Where we are today

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

Current stage: information & interest registration.

The future investor process

Information comes
before investment.

A future investment journey is intended to proceed only when the legal framework, required authorisations, service providers and offering documents are in place.

Register investor interest

Eligibility & identity

Understand whether the offering is available to you. Complete any required identity, investor categorisation and anti-money-laundering checks.

Business & offer review

Read the business information, financial assumptions, valuation, share class, investor rights, risks, charges and conflicts. Ask questions.

Decision & funding conditions

Any subscription, payment handling, cancellation period and campaign closing conditions must follow the applicable rules and final documents.

Ownership & ongoing communication

At a permitted close, ownership documentation and records would follow the final structure. Business reporting and investor communication are part of the intended model.

The future business process

Prepare your story.
Prepare your business.

A clear pitch is only one part of a credible equity raise. Documentation, governance and realistic expectations matter just as much.

Register fundraising interest

Initial interest & fit

Introduce the business and funding objectives. A future review would assess legal eligibility, business suitability and readiness without guaranteeing acceptance.

Diligence & structure

Prepare financial information, material risks, company records, a cap table, use of funds and the proposed legal terms. Resolve gaps before any campaign.

Campaign & community

A future approved campaign would present balanced information and clear terms. Marketing must not promise returns or understate risks.

Close & long-term responsibilities

If all required conditions are met, completion and ownership arrangements follow the final documents. Reporting, governance and investor relations continue afterwards.
