BeeezCrowd platform in the  Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan always seeks to maintain the privacy of your personal data, and we are complying with the provisions of the Data Protection and the right to Privacy Laws regarding the protection of your personal data, and we have formulated this “Privacy Policy” to show you the nature of the data collected about you, and the purposes for which this data is used, so please read this policy carefully.

The term data refers to all the data relating to the users of BeeezCrowd platform, which includes their name, address, contact details and any other data that identify the user as well as other data related to the user’s activities through the platform and data related to the devices used in the process of accessing the platform. 

 

(1) Company/Investor Registration Data

• We collect the data provided by the company to on the platform which includes (Name, Commercial register, National identity card, Address, E-mail, Mobile Phone No.).

• We collect the data provided by the investor to register on the platform which includes (the first name, the last name, the email, the country choice and mobile number).

• To obtain “the accredited investor” feature, the platform may request some additional data which the investor provides to us with his consent to obtain this feature.

 

(2) Funding campaigns

• Through the platform, companies provide us with the data of the funding campaigns they wish to invest in, which includes (information about the company, the required funding , the nature of the project, the capital, the number of shares, the period of the campaign , the activity, the performance of the company, the evaluation of the company, the purpose of funding).

• All data provided about the funding campaigns is reviewed before the campaign becomes live via the platform

 

(3) Data of The Payment

• We collect the payment data provided to us by the investor through the platform which may include (PayPal, Offline direct transfer to the platform’s account IBAN).

• Some of your data may be reviewed by banks or payment service provider to verify the legality of the process you make through the platform

 

(4) The shares data

• The investor receives a certificate of his ownership of a number of shares in the company after closing the campaign which shows the stock value from the share in the company in percentages.

• The share purchased by the investor is recorded in the investor’s name. Also the platform will make a record for investors that includes the number of investor shares in each company, the address and any other basic data.

 

(5) Content

• Companies provide us with the content of the funding campaigns that are displayed through the platform. Also the investor provides us with the content of the offers he provides to the companies, and this content is made available for the specified period of the campaign.

• The investor/company provides us with the content of messages and comments through the platform at his personal responsibility.

• The user provides us with the content of the messages he sends to the platform to inquire about the content of the services or investment via the platform.

• We collect the data you provide to us to report on comments or problems that violate the terms and policies of BeeezCrowd platform

 

(6) Data of Contact

• The communication between the investor and the company is done directly without interference from the platform, and the platform will provide the company with a list of investors who are shareholders in the company, the number of their shares, addresses and any basic data about them.

• The investor/company provides us with his number and his contact details when he contacts us through the platform, whether via the platform, email or phone.

• We allow the user to communicate with the platform, in this case the user provides us with the following information (name, email, subject of the message, content of the message).

• We collect the data you provide to us while communicating with us to inquire about any of our services or to encounter the problems that facing your use of the platform.

 

(7) Data that are Collected Automatically

BeeezCrowd platform collects some data for the users, which does not identify the user or its contact data, and is automatically collected, which includes, for example (data of the devices used in contacts, time of contact, its duration, the location of contact, IP address, pages visited, advertisement categories that the user target).

 

(8) Cookies Policy

BeeezCrowd.com platform adopts the cookies technology, which are small files stored within the hard disk of your computer. When you visit specific web pages from our site, the cookies identify your browser through a unique and random number without disclosing any personal information about you. The cookies help us to improve your experience of using the platform and finding out which sections have the largest share of visit from our site.

 

(9) Purposes of Collecting Data

• We collect data to register you on the platform, so that you can use our services and the various features we offer through the platform.

• We collect your data to enable you to display funding campaigns through the platform and determine their characteristics and period.

• We collect your data to enable you to present submissions on funding campaigns and request to invest in them by purchasing the shares displayed.

• We collect your data to enable you to pay through the platform.

• We collect your data to enable you to submit the cancellation requests through the platform.

• We collect your data so that we can record the shares in your name and issue a certificate of ownership of the shares.

• We collect your data to enable you to add comments through the platform.

• We collect your data for the purposes of documenting the contact details you have provided us with, and verifying your possession of them.

• We collect your data to communicate with you about any obstacles regarding the submission of funding orders through the platform, regarding the communication between you and the platform or between you and the investors.

• We collect your data to process payment processes related to the purchase of shares displayed through the funding campaigns.

• We collect your data to enable you to assess the services you get through the platform.

• We collect your data to enable you to contact us and provide replies to inquiries you have provided to us through the platform.

• We collect your data to individualize the content and the advertisements for you through the platform.

• We collect your data to nominate the advertisements and the funding campaigns that we believe are of interest to you.

• We collect your data to nominate the advertisements and the products that we believe are of interest to you.

• We collect your data for law enforcement purposes or public authority decisions.

 

(10) Limits of Data Disclosure

• We disclose your data to our partners on the platform, employees, those who work with us, service providers and banks for the purposes of implementing the services of BeeezCrowd platform.

• We disclose your data to comply with the provisions of the law and, to execute the judicial decisions and the decisions of the competent authorities in the Kingdom.

• We disclose your data to implement our terms, conditions and any other agreement between you and the platform.

• We may disclose your data to our co-providers as electronic payment providers and banks for the purposes of verifying the validity of these transactions.

 

(11) Storage of The Data

We platform all your data on fully protected and secure servers to protect your data from any hacking or piracy, and the storage of your data may require its transferring outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in case the platform utilizes a hosting service provider.

 

(12) Integrity of The Data

You know that the Internet is not a 100% safe and secure mean, so our databases may be hacked into even though we have taken proper data protection procedures. From the perspective of our respect for your right to protect your data we will notify you within 3 days of the time we know about the hacking

 

(13) Amendment of The Privacy Policy

We have the right to amend this privacy policy at any time, and we will publish the amendments within this document. Also we will send a public notification via our registered email explaining the link to the new amendments. And your continued use of the platform after the amendments of this policy is considered as an express consent of you on these amendments, so please review this policy constantly.
